Immerse yourself in art retail. Fun, challenging, and highly social, we help support artists by connecting them with quality materials and supporting community art endeavors. Currently we are looking for seasonal weekday coverage with shifts of 9:45-5:15pm. We offer minimum wage and employee discounts.  

We follow all CDC guidelines and health and safety protocols. Candidates will be required to show proof of being fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 upon commencing employment. Reasonable accommodations will be considered on a case-by-case basis for exemptions to this requirement in accordance with applicable law.

Daily Activities

• Consistently deliver superior customer service by combining sales, product knowledge, and other skills to meet or exceed customer expectations.

• Welcome customers, and provide assistance locating products and providing solutions. 

• Display an energetic and positive attitude with all customer interactions.

• Provide a fast and friendly check-out experience.

• Execute cash handling to standards.

• Update inventory accurately, fulfill special orders and restock products.

• General housekeeping and cleaning.

• Represent and communicate clearly and through emails, phone calls and online orders. 

• Commitment to the organization’s vision, values, and projects. Display a positive image and serve as a role model for others.

• Follow directions and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines as assigned with minimal supervision.

• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

• Availability to work weekday shifts (10-5pm), weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds while using the appropriate lifting techniques and following all safety rules.

• Prolonged walking, standing, and climbing ladders.
  
  

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
