Aries is a Salem local! She discovered a deep zeal and love for pointed pen calligraphy in 2020, at the start of the COVID quarantine, and has not put down a pen since! Her passion and enthusiasm to share calligraphy has propelled her to teach.
Aries is the Membership Chair for Salem's very own calligraphy guild - The Capital Calligraphers. She has won several awards for her calligraphic art at the Oregon State Fair, and her work has been displayed in galleries throughout Oregon. In addition, she does live engraving events around the state.
When she is not practicing her penmanship, Aries enjoys spending time with her family while exploring and foraging in Oregon.
