Katy Vigeland has been teaching various art techniques for over 20 years and sketching classes since 2018. In 2022 she assisted in teaching a 10 day sketching workshop at La Romita School of Art in Italy. She has a degree in Fine Arts from U of O and until 3 years ago, owned and operated an art supply store for 26 years. Katy also founded and manages Salem Sketchers, a sketching group that meets in a different location every month since 2013. In addition to filling over 50 sketchbooks, Katy is a painter and collage artist and is represented by three galleries.
