There is SO MUCH more to Colored Pencils than just laying color on paper.

In this Class you will:
  • Learn to apply assorted Colored Pencil Techniques to create multiple effects.
  • Create several samples so as to Practice the various Techniques
  • Discover and Understand the Importance of using Quality Pencils and Surfaces

Who this class is for: Anyone! No prior knowledge or experience is necessary- all skill levels welcome.

The instructor will provide students with a small variety of both quality and lesser pencils and papers and discuss the reasons your artwork deserves the best! The instructor will remain after class for 30 min. to answer questions about class and any supplies you may wish to purchase.

  • 1 sheet Stonehenge (white or cream) cut in quarters OR *9"x12" pad of Stonehenge paper
  • Cork backed metal 12" ruler
  • Kneaded eraser
  • Colorless Pencil Blender
  • PENCILS: bring what you have. After class instruction, you can go out into the store and purchase different, possibly higher quality pencils, or a wider choice of colors
