The Crafty Kit Company's Otters in a Hoop Needle Felting Kit comes with everything needed to make a lovely 2D felted picture, including a bamboo embroidery hoop, step-by-step instructions with clear colour photographs, and a needle and thread to finish the work off neatly on the back. The hoop is approximately 15cm diameter. Just like 'painting with wool', this kit is suitable for complete beginners, and makes a fantastic introduction to needle felting.
